Itasca Station Development

Itasca Station is a five-story, mixed-use project at the corner of Orchard and Maple Streets, led by Holladay Properties. The building will include 87 apartments and ground-floor space for retail, dining, or professional services, bringing new homes and businesses to the heart of downtown.

The project is a key part of the Village’s Downtown Plan (PDF), which reflects input from residents about the future of Downtown Itasca. The development supports those goals by adding diverse housing options, expanding commercial opportunities, and creating a more active, walkable downtown.

The apartments will vary in size and layout to meet the needs of individuals, couples, and small families. The ground-floor commercial spaces are designed to welcome shops, restaurants, and services that make downtown a destination.

Construction is ongoing in phases. While most streets near the site will remain open, temporary closures and traffic adjustments may occur. Updates on detours, project progress, and photos will be posted on this page to keep the community informed.
