The Village offers several communication platforms to keep residents and businesses informed about meetings, events, programs, and ongoing community updates.

Agenda Center

The Agenda Center is where all agendas and minutes for Village Board and commission meetings are posted. Residents can look ahead to see what will be discussed at upcoming meetings and review what actions were taken afterward, including any attached reports or supporting materials.

Electronic Sign Board

The electronic sign board, located in front of Village Hall, displays announcements, upcoming dates, and community reminders.

Outdoor Warning Siren

Itasca’s outdoor warning sirens are used to alert people who are outside during severe weather or other emergencies. The system is tested on the first Tuesday of each month at 10:00 a.m.,

Quarterly Newsletter

The quarterly newsletter is mailed directly to homes and provides updates on projects, programs, and community information. Editions are released at the end of February, May, August, and November.

The Village and Police Department each have Facebook pages for sharing updates and announcements.
