Water Bills are mailed on the last business day of each month and are due, typically, the 21st of each month. For information on water rates, billing, and payment methods, please visit the itasca.com/Utility-Billing. A 10% late fee is added to bills paid after the due date.
Rubbish pick up is every Monday. Rubbish can be placed at the curb after 4 pm Sunday, but no later than 6 am Monday. Garbage cans must be brought in before 10 p.m. Monday.
Recycling pick up is every Monday. Recycling bins are available through Republic Services. Residents are not billed for recycling pick-up.
Yard Waste pick up is every Monday from April through November. Yard waste must be in biodegradable paper bags or a reusable container clearly marked “Yard Waste.” Residents are not billed for yard waste pick-up. Branch and brush pick up is provided alongside yard waste. Branches must be a maximum of 4' in length and 4' in diameter and placed neatly at the curb. Residents are not billed for branch and brush pick-up.
Note: Rubbish, recycling, and yard waste pick up on Memorial Day and Labor Day will be on the Tuesday following the holiday. When Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and Independence Day fall on a Monday, pick up will also be on the Tuesday following the holiday. To see the service schedule, visit Republic Services.

Voter registration and absentee voting is available at the Village Hall. Two (2) forms of identification are required; 1 with a photo and 1 showing the current residential address. Voter registration is closed 30 days prior to an election. Voter registration cards will indicate your appropriate polling place.
Residential and Business Burglar Alarms must be registered with the Itasca Police Department. Registration forms are available at the Itasca Police Department or at Village Hall.
Proposed construction and / or remodeling require consultation with Community Development. Façade changes within the Itasca Historic District must have Itasca Historical Commission review and approval.
Street parking between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. is prohibited. To request permission, please fill out the Overnight Permit Request.
Vehicle stickers are not required for residents of the Village of Itasca.
Permits are available at the Village Hall for the quarters beginning January, April, July, and October. The current cost for incorporated Itasca residents is $50 per quarter; non-residents and unincorporated residents is $75. Daily parking is currently available for $1.25 per day.
