For a map of the detour please visit the Roadway and Infrastructure Project Documents. Please use caution when entering the construction area located on N. Elm, E. North, E. Division, E. Center and E. Orchard. The roadway in these areas have been pulverized to allow for the installation of storm sewer and watermain. Building materials for the project have also been delivered and stored along the parkways of these street.

This past week, the asphalt roadway on Elm Street, between Center Street and North Street has been pulverized in place and recompacted to allow for the storm sewer installation and future roadway reconstruction. Storm sewer installation has begun at the intersection of Elm and Orchard and will proceed north. 

This coming week, storm sewer installation is scheduled to be installed on Elm Street between Orchard Street and Division Street.
