N. Oak Street, between W. Center and south to the railroad tracks will be closed daytimes, from 7 am to 4 pm, on Monday, July 10th and Tuesday, July 11th to excavate for the new roadway. A temporary roadway will be placed using aggregate.
The Contractor will be installing storm sewer on W. Division Street between N. Walnut Street and N. Oak Street including alleys that will he access interrupted on on Monday, July 10th and Tuesday, July 11th . The Storm sewer will be installed on W. North Street between Oak Street and Willow Street for the remainder of the week.
At Peacock School, the Contractor will begin installing framing for the school entrance sidewalk and installing underground conduits for the lighted bollards to be installed. The Contractor will be working on E. North Street, between N. Elm Street and N. Rush Street, to excavate new sidewalk, remove existing curb and sidewalk, frame for curbs and sidewalks; pout curbs and sidewalks and begin the roadway excavation.
The Contractor will pour sidewalks on N. Maple Street between North Street and Center Street and will our sidewalks on W. Division Street on Tuesday, July 11th. Access to driveways with the sidewalk poured across the driveway will be interrupted from 7 am July 11th through 3 pm on Friday, July 14th.
W. Center Street, E. North Street, W. Division Street and N. Linden Street will be closed to through traffic and traffic will be detoured.
The Contractor will be removing the sidewalks and concrete aprons on N. Oak Street between W. Center Street and W. North Street.
Work is expected to occur on weekdays between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Through traffic will be detoured around the work areas. We thank you for your patience.
