Yesterday the Village of Itasca was advised that Haymarket DuPage filed a lawsuit against the Village in Federal Court (Case Number 22-CV-160). As part of its efforts to be transparent with the public, the Village is providing a copy of the lawsuit here. 

While the Village and its attorneys are reviewing the lawsuit, no further comment will made regarding the case.
