November 11 Haymarket Plan Commission Hearing to be Rescheduled

In order to comply with State of Illinois Tier 2 COVID-19 Resurgence Mitigation restrictions, the Haymarket Public Hearing scheduled for Wednesday, November 11, 2020 will be opened and continued. No presentations, evidence, or testimony regarding the public hearing for the Haymarket proposal will be accepted by the Plan Commission on November 11, 2020.

Yesterday, the State of Illinois has announced that effective 12 a.m. on Wednesday, November 11, 2020, DuPage County would move into Tier 2 COVID-19 Resurgence Mitigation efforts. Under Tier 2 restrictions, public gatherings/meetings are limited to a maximum number of 10 people.

The Plan Commission will convene, open, and continue the November 11th meeting to an upcoming regularly scheduled Plan Commission meeting. At each subsequent regularly scheduled Plan Commission meeting, the Commission will determine whether health and safety restrictions in place allow for the Commission to proceed with setting new hearing dates.
