Click here to download the Special Events Permit Application. It's fillable, so you just fill in the fields, save the form, and email it to deputyclerk@itasca.com.  In addition to the application this notice must be printed and hung in plain site at the event.

Special Events Permits are required for most Special Events that use Village resources beyond regular day-to-day operations, such as the closure of a Village street, sidewalk, or parking lot or use of police for security or traffic control. Certain events are protected under the U.S. and Illinois Constitutions. Please contact the Deputy Clerk to determine if your event is exempt from the Special Event Permit.
